We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. All original packaging, tags, and protective materials must be included. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Email us at hello@mikisi.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
